职位描述：

• 编制、执行各类工艺文件，并负责车间内的维修类工艺文件的发放及更改等工作，确保工艺文件的有效、完整、正确和统一；检查并监督工艺纪律执行情况，落实相应的整改措施 。
• 组织并实施车间的机械性能的优化与改进，降低营运成本并提高系统的稳定性与可靠性。
• 提供机械设备故障处理技术支持，负责机械设备维护计划的制订和机械备件清单的制订与管理。
• 确保车间设备KPI目标的达成，原因分析，改善和跟踪。
• 培训现场维修工，提高维修人员的整体技能。
• 管理机械系统的图纸、程序、资料和维护手册等的管理。
• 培训现场维修工，提高维修人员的整体技能。
• 参与新车型项目实施过程中的机械设计和安装。

岗位要求：

• 教育背景：大专及以上学历，机械类相关专业。
• 经验要求：3年以上机械维修经验。
• 技能要求：

1. 具有CATIA绘图能力，能根据实际需要出用于机加的图纸。
2. 熟悉各种机械结构，对现场故障给出技术分析，提出技术性改进意见。
3. 具有较强的沟通协调，问题解决能力，较强的创新能力和抗压能力。
4. 具有英语读写能力。
5. 良好的计算机及软件操作能力。
