What you'll do
Responsible for resolving on-site electrical faults, establishing standardized electrical installation design standards for this workshop, maintaining and optimizing electrical equipment throughout the workshop to ensure stable and reliable operation of the equipment.
- Manage equipment within the responsible area, resolve on-site electrical faults, and develop effective measures to solve equipment problems within the responsible area to ensure reliable operation of the equipment.
- Organize and implement optimization and improvement of electrical performance in the workshop, reduce operating costs, and enhance system stability and reliability.
- Compile and execute various process documents and be responsible for the distribution and modification of maintenance process documents in the workshop, ensuring the effectiveness, completeness, correctness, and uniformity of process documents.
- Responsible for the development of electrical equipment maintenance plans and the management and technical application of electrical spare parts (model substitution, component installation and debugging, etc.).
- Responsible for the management of electrical system design, drawings, programs, data, and maintenance manuals.
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of electrical digitization in the workshop, improving the management efficiency of the workshop.
- Responsible for debugging workshop robots and AGVs.
- Train on-site maintenance workers and technicians to improve the overall skills of maintenance personnel.
- Participate in the electrical scheme design review, tracking, and acceptance during the implementation process of the new vehicle model project.
- Lead the electrification improvement of the workshop and support the cost reduction and efficiency improvement work of the workshop (lean improvement).
- Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree or above; Electrical or automation related majors.
- 5 years or more of electrical maintenance work experience.
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Good computer and office software operation skills, familiar with automation control software.
