Maintenance Engineer, Electrical

Summary of the role:

  • Responsible for resolving on-site electrical faults, preparing relevant equipment maintenance plans and documents; Familiar with various electrical software, component principles and applications, and provide electrical solutions to improve equipment reliability and maintainability.

 

What you will do?

  • Organize and implement the optimization and improvement of the electrical system in the workshop, reduce operating costs, and improve the stability and reliability of the system.
  • Responsible for the formulation of electrical equipment maintenance plans and the management and technical application of electrical spare parts (model replacement, component installation and commissioning, etc.).
  • Responsible for resolving on-site electrical faults and assisting other professional engineers in troubleshooting.
  • Participate in the electrical scheme design review, tracking, and acceptance during the implementation process of the new car model project and provide effective suggestions.
  • Responsible for the management of electrical system drawings, programs, documentation, and maintenance manuals.
  • Responsible for electrical training for the maintenance team.
  • Responsible for the localization transformation of spare parts.
  • Responsible for preparing equipment system schematics and system diagrams.
  • Responsible for compiling equipment failure mode files and optimizing PM/TPM.
  • Responsible for preparing other technical documents related to equipment.
  • Responsible for the department's development of improvement projects related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Responsible for achieving the relevant KPI target set by the department.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in automation or electrical related fields.
  • More than 5 years of equipment maintenance experience.
  • Familiar with the principles of automatic control, familiar with the control principles of mechanical conveying and painting process equipment, as well as the entire vehicle spraying process.
  • Proficient in using professional software such as EPLAN, Step 7, WinCC, WinCC flexible, TIA Portal, Danfoss/SEW/Siemens inverter programming software, AutoCAD, etc.
  • Proficient in using 8D problem-solving method and 5W2H analysis method.
  • Excellent English listening and speaking skills.
  • Good computer and office software operation skills.
  • Possess good organizational, coordination, management, independent analysis, and problem-solving abilities, as well as innovative and stress resistant abilities.
  • Priority given to those who have passed PSD certification.
