What you’ll do

  • Responsible for securing all ME PC Industrialization deliveries for the area.
  • Lead and guide team members. Give direction where needed.
  • Synchronize and collaborate with Global Area Leaders and Local Area Leaders in all sites.
  • Responsible for update status to Local Program Manager.
  • Identify potential risks and problems, evaluate consequences. Give solution proposals and escalate if needed with support from equipment engineers.
  • Working towards closing the gap to the Vision layout.
  • Responsible for lean process design and process flow.
  • Main contact person to contractor.
  • Coordinate with IDP for supplier technical evaluation (MSA).
  • Responsible for RFQ.
  • Prepare area input to integration event #3 and #4.
  • Secure planning, both short and long range.
  • Responsible for area budget.
  • Responsible for lessons learned management.
  • Coordinate commissioning and installation activities.
  • Commissioning and issue list follow-up (eg contractor issue list).
  • Responsible for handing over equipment to end user.

 

What you’ll bring

  • This position is for you with previous experience from manufacturing engineering and process development. You are target-oriented person with an open-minded attitude.
  • You have high interest for plant process development as well as global and strategic mindset. Thanks to your communication skills you have the ability to create good and trustful relationships.
  • You have a holistic perspective and a good understanding of what compromises to make.
  • University degree within production or similar.
  • Knowledge about 6 Sigma and Lean Production.
  • Experience in process design and process development (station/line level).
  • Leadership skill and experience.
  • Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
