What you'll do

• Work with flow teams to looking for improvement opportunity, support lean transformation implementation.
• System data/PFEP maintenance due to ECC, deviation, optimization, efficiency.
• Responsible for assisting engineers in the planning of incoming flow, warehousing and replenish flow detail planning.
• Support kaizen improvements.
• Support projects landed in plant.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ year working experience in OEM logistics area with lean logistic mindset; Basic IT, package, IE, production management knowledge is required. Experience in similar positions in mainstream OEM is preferred.
• Lean logistics mindset
• Good problem-solving skill, be resilient with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure, have good problem-solving skills and communication skills.
• Team spirit and supportive
• Good English in reading and writing
