What you’ll do

Closely tracking and analyzing data in systems to understand status of electrical issues in Global.

Initiate the problem solving process for the issues as tip-level.

Study, recommend, align and ensure the implementation of containment actions with cross functional team (Prod, QA, ME, R&D, …).

Ensure the highly efficient fault tracing to understand the problem and drive the cross functional team to find out the root cause of problem and permanent corrective action to solve the problem.

Study and understand the pre-condition of diagnose, coordinate the cross functional team to ensure the pre-condition to ensure the diagnose quality.

Early involve project to understand the process design, product knowledge, new architecture, new facility/tool to ensure the problem solving and diagnose condition for forward model.

Document, prepare the presentation and present the problem solving progress as requirement.

Any other tasks assigned. 

What you’ll bring

Bachelor and above in electrical/automatic/communication/software develop area.

More than 5 years relevant experience and solid knowledge of automotive electrical/electronic system, distributed system, network technology, software process.

Deep understand the vehicle communication language and logic: CAN, LIN, Ethrenet.

Hands-on experience with software tools, e.g. CANalyzer, CANoe, etc., will be an advantage.

Automotive architecture, functional logic in propulsion, infotainment, ADAS, etc. 

Vehicle level electrical testing and fault diagnose (Bosch VCATS, Boxcar, Vehicle in loop, …).

Software developing language understanding and application.

Data driven and problem solving experience in Automotive manufacturing.
