Occupational Health Specialist/职业健康专员

What you'll do

Role Description:

Establish and maintain ‘big health’ related jobs in systematize way, including hygiene, occupational health and wellbeing.

Establish and maintain common processes, tools and policies within area of responsibility.

Maintain Occupational Health Management system such as ISO45001/VCMS delivery and quality.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for activities and tasks described by Occupational Health, role descriptions. to develop and implement OH related process and activities in plant according to national laws, local regulations and VCC standards.

Responsible for conduct ‘big health’ related work including ergonomic assessment, food hygiene, disease prevention according to official regulations and company standards.

Responsible for Health Center daily operation, provide support to 2 shifts production.

Develop and maintain the first aider group which in all organization in plant.

Develop and maintain the pre-plan of emergency treatment, also plan the regular drills.

Develop and coordinate related training materials and performs trainings. Assesses new developments and regulations in the health field and organize related training for the related departments and positions.

Responsible for the activities mentioned above and that documentation on BMS etc linked to the area of expertise is fully updated.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree or above in hygiene related.

At least 3 years of work experience in OH field in industries, with doctor license and experience in medical or relevant is preferred.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Expertise in applicable systems and Microsoft applications.
