What you’ll do What you’ll do

The purpose of Commodity Manufacturing Technician is to be a support to Commodity Manufacturing Engineers in Program and Running Changes Programs.

• Responsible for delivery of all main tasks within responsibility area.
• Responsible for following of standard processes, methods, and tools at Manufacturing Engineering and Production.
• Responsible for reporting to Manager within Commodity Manufacturing Engineering/Local Plant Manufacturing Engineer.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 3 year in technical upper secondary school, or similar.
• Practical experience from the production process.
• Specific technical/practical competences can be required depending on working area/shop.
• Yellow Belt (applicable for European car plants) or equivalent 6-sigma training (applicable for China car plants).
• Knowledge about the processes, methods, and tools at Manufacturing Engineering and Production.
• English, spoken and written.
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.
• Result oriented.
• Team player.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Availability (if needed) during the different shifts (day/night and weekends).
