Brand Experience Specialist

What You Will Do?


Brand training:

- Assist with structure building and content of brand training, based on Volvo Cars heritage, brand story, technology, and manufacturing highlights

- To be independently responsible for internal and external brand training, including on-boarding training for internal staff and brand training for dealers’ staff, thus enhancing brand awareness, a sense of belonging, and standardizing dealers’ brand messages to be conveyed accurately;

- Support different departments with their needs in brand training, planning and organizing training to ensure the brand information is used in an appropriate way;

- Assess the effectiveness of training tools and methods, continuously optimizing training content and methods, thus the maximum training effectiveness;

- Maintain training records and materials, keeping them complete and accurate, with which supporting the continuous improvement of training effectiveness;

- Support the set-up and implementation of training in other experience centers of Volvo cars.


CNBEC visitor data analysis and profiling:

- Establish a visitor database, build and maintain core data, including basic visitor information, visit records, preferences, etc., and conduct statistical analysis of a series of tags such as visitor demand and hobbies, etc;

- Based on the data analysis, identify the target group, analyze the needs of specific groups, and make plans of effective activities to maximize the communication effect;

- Based on the data analysis, reflect visitor feedback to corresponding departments, organize interactive experience in various ways with diverse content, thus a good reputation in marketing;

- Based on the data analysis, adjust communication strategies and ways of platform operation to increase visitors' brand awareness and loyalty.


SCRM Operations

- CRM Operation

(1)Build effective communication channels for visitors and continuously optimize operation processes;

(2)Interdepartmental sharing of needs and feedback of visitors, thus optimizing interactive experiences, and improving satisfaction and stickiness;

- New Media Operation

(1)Daily operating and maintaining of CNBEC's publicity platforms, including editing and publishing the content the official accounts on social applications and ranking websites, to increase the views and the number of followers, with continuous development of new potentials;

(2)Edit, update and publish content in chat groups, extending the life cycle of visitors,

keeping visitors active, and improving visitor’s voluntary publicizing;

(3)Creative content making and execution;

(4)Support official live streaming programs;

- Event Operation

(1)Planning, execution and effectiveness evaluation of offline activities in CNBEC;

(2)Site control, coordination, interdepartmental communication in activity.


Exhibits and Merchandise Maintenance

- Maintenance of items and devices in activities;

- Daily maintenance and display of Volvo Cars Merchandise, ensuring the display effect to assure visitors a good experience


You and Your Skills?

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, a nice personal image, strong skills in communication, capable of quickly adapting to a new environment and flexibility in work.

2. Fluent in English with TEM-8 certification. Academic background overseas is a plus.

3. At least 2 years as a national or corporate certified training instructor, capable to independently complete training programs and lecturing.

4. Experience in SCRM operation and event organizing, with digital sensitivity and basic data analysis skills.

5. Skills in editing and material production, good at teamwork.

6. Accept working on weekend and resting in the mid-week.

7.Based in Chengdu.
