What You Will Do

Are you eager to be at the forefront of cloud innovation? As a Senior Cloud Engineer specializing in Azure, you'll contribute to the development and optimization of our cloud-based solutions. Your role will be instrumental in advancing our "everything-as-code" philosophy, and you'll collaborate closely with other teams to elevate our Azure cloud infrastructure to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise-Scale Governance: Design and implement Azure governance strategies, including Management Groups, Subscriptions, and Dashboards.
  • CAF & Landing Zones: Work closely with Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Azure Landing Zones to implement Guardrails, IAM, and Policies.
  • Azure Updates: Keep abreast of the latest Azure releases and functionalities, ensuring our services are always up-to-date.
  • Technical Leadership: Contribute to our internal cloud initiatives by integrating best practices and methodologies into customer projects.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work in sync with Network and Identity Teams to continuously improve our Azure platform.
  • GitOps: Implement and manage GitOps workflows and strategies.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Coding: Utilize your coding skills in Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), YAML, Bicep, Python, and Go to build and manage cloud resources.


Optional Skills

  • Knowledge of security and compliance in the automotive sector.
  • Experience with Crossplane, including XRD, CRD, and XR.
  • Proficiency in 'Documentation as Code' methodologies.


Soft Skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in alignment with Product Owner requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Azure Cloud Certification: AZ-400
  • Proven experience in working with Azure or AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies (SAFe or similar).
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • At least 5 years of Working Experience as a Cloud Engineer
