What we offer
This role is within our Indirect Procurement Sourcing & Ordering (IDP S&O) team in Supply Chain and Procurement Digital. We aim to provide digital technologies to support our internal and external global stakeholders in Manufacturing Plants and National Sales Companies with best-in-class Sourcing and Ordering applications.

Main responsibilities

• Coupa Sourcing, Contract and Sourcing Optimization (CSO) development, rollout, enhancement and maintenance
• Coupa Configuration / Implementation and support to project team.
• Prepare test cases of modules implemented, validate the deliverables before client testing and UAT.
• Interact with the key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis.
• Suggest process improvements based on the application capability and industry best practices.
• Support all formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to technical team.
• Contribute to the training and development of the key Coupa team.
• Follow up with stakeholders and support for issue resolution.

Do you fit the profile?

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, MCA, MSC.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Coupa with 2+ end-to-end implementations of Coupa.
• Strong Knowledge on Sourcing, Contract & CSO in Coupa
• Strong Knowledge on Sourcing Process (RFP, RFI, RFx and Auctions), Contract Collaboration (Template, forms, Workflow etc)
• Experience of Coupa integration and mapping to legacy systems would be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of all Procure to Pay processes and Coupa Modules/CSO with a strong understanding of business processes.
• Coupa certification preferred.
• Conceptual knowledge on SAP SRM, Ariba, S/4HANA
• Outstanding English verbal communication and presentation skills 
• Self-motivated and creative; having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.
• Adaptive to change and comfortable in a fast-changing technology environment.
• Having worked in Agile setup would be an advantage.
