This role is within our Industrial Operations team, which has the goal to provide digital technologies to support our manufacturing and supply chain solutions globally. You will be part of the global manufacturing execution cluster with the goal to support our plants developing best in class manufacturing systems.

A Digital Service lead is responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and availability of deployed digital services. Key responsibilities include service delivery management, customer relationship management, vendor management, service improvement, security, and compliance. The role requires a combination of technical and leadership skills, knowledge of digital security principles, good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage relationships with third-party vendors.

  • Service Delivery Management/governance
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Ensuring that the Digital service meet business and solution platform vision, objectives, key result and KPI’s
  • Service Improvement
  • Measure Service output
  • Security and Compliance
  • Follow up on Service quality according to service specifications
  • Ensure that Service Components are lifecycle in a timely and efficient way
  • Ensure the overall health of the Digital Service
  • Participate and support negotiations of appropriate SLAs, OLAs and Contracts
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the overall Digital Service and its offerings
  • Ensure that the business is informed about status of current incidents and problems
  • Escalate to operation lead if tactical Business Relationship Management is needed
  • Ensure proper Documentation of the Digital Service

We are looking for Service Lead who will lead improvements in operations towards the platform and our storage services on the hybrid Cloud Core

 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
    • Ready to work in 24x7 delivery model (with on call) if needed.
