What you'll do
The Senior Analytics & Insights Engineer ensures that data products are transformed into actionable insights for leadership and teams. You will define KPIs, design metrics frameworks, and deliver dashboards that create transparency and enable smarter decisions. By working closely with both engineers and business stakeholders, you connect platform and cross-functional data into narratives that support strategic and operational outcomes.
- Define and evolve KPIs and metrics to be embedded in insight data products.
- Build dashboards and reporting products with clear storytelling for leadership and teams.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure data products meet analytic and business needs.
- Perform exploratory analysis across functional datasets to unlock new opportunities.
- Promote and support the consumption of platform data products across the company.
What you'll bring

- Typically 4–6 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, or related roles
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in cloud-based data platforms.
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience defining and operationalizing business metrics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with modern data product tooling and workflows (dbt, GitOps, CI/CD).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable working in a global, distributed team setup.
