What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Management

  • Create and publish employee-facing content for My Employment – India page
  • Adapt global content for the India context while maintaining alignment with global standards.
  • Develop new India-specific content covering policies, benefits, processes, and local ways of working with local stakeholder alignment
  • Structure information in a clear, user-friendly format that enables employees to find answers quickly.

SharePoint Site Development

  • Build the pages & sub-pages on the SharePoint platform.
  • Create page layouts, navigation structures, quick links, FAQs, and supporting resources.
  • Ensure content follows site design standards and publishing guidelines.
  • Continuously improve page usability and employee experience.

PX Agent Readiness

  • Ensure content is designed to support effective PX Agent performance.
  • Apply content-writing guidelines that improve searchability and AI interpretation.
  • Minimize unnecessarily complex page structures and link dependencies.
  • Support testing and validation of PX Agent responses against published content.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with:
    • People Experience (PX) team for content inputs and approvals.
    • Global My Employment team for design and publishing guidance.
    • SharePoint technical support teams for platform-related issues.
    • Local SMEs and process owners to validate content accuracy.
  • Track content approvals and manage version updates.

Quality & Governance

  • Perform content reviews for accuracy, consistency, and readability.
  • Ensure published material remains current and aligned with company guidelines.
  • Maintain documentation of content ownership and approval status.
  • Support final site readiness and project closure activities.

What you'll bring

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

Desired Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize complex information into simple and user-friendly formats.
  • Strong documentation and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Understanding of SharePoint is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of content management, intranet platforms, or knowledge management is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
