Major Incident Manager

What we offer
This role is within our Digital team, which has the goal to support coordinating major incident management across key business functions. You will be part of the global major incident management team with the goal to coordinate effective resolution of production incidents across technology platforms.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate major incidents in a following the sun mode, this role works 24/7
• During a major incident you will be responsible for communicating relevant information to the correct stakeholders
• In the aftermath you have a responsibility to follow up on all major incidents and assure that the root cause is being analyzed and resolved.
• Outside the daily operations the team is working in an agile team with a prioritized backlog in close relationship with the Product Owner and the Scrum Master.
• Strategic improvement initiate, optimizing processes

Do you fit the profile?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience
• 5 – 15 years of experience in Incident/Problem/IT operations management
• Extensive incident & problem management experience in a production environment
• Certified in IT operations, e.g. ITIL, and are excellent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent in English, both written and spoken
• Good facilitating and coordination skills
• Personal Qualities - Working under Stress,(key production systems incidents), Focus, Service Oriented, Collaborating with multiple teams and self-motivated
• Certified in IT operations, e.g. ITIL
• Experience working with ITSM tools & processes in general and Service Now experience are bonuses
• Experience with Agile
• Nice to have:
  • Working with SharePoint
  • Experience of agile ways of working
