Volvo Car Norway is looking for a Business Controller Network

Are you passionate about driving retailer success and enhancing profitability in the automotive industry? We're looking for a dedicated Business Controller Network to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing retailer performance management with primary focus on retailer profitability. The goal will be to make sure we have necessary data, analysis, and insight as an input to improvements and decision making.

You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating retailer performance, utilizing a range of data sources to define KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Your analytical skills will play a vital role in executing deep dives into performance metrics and suggesting actionable strategies for Business Managers and retailers alike.

Further, you will be tasked with ensuring accurate reporting on retailer profitability through detailed analysis of financial reports, utilizing tools such as “Driftsanalysen” and “Power BI.” By interpreting this data, you will not only report on profitability but also implement innovative measures to enhance financial performance.

In addition to performance tracking, you will analyse and recommend reasonable remuneration levels and incentives across various business areas, ensuring compliance with central approval processes. Keeping abreast of industry trends and market dynamics will be essential as you provide insights that inform our commercial policies and contribute to the overall success of our dealership network.

As the local system owner for key IT systems, you will coordinate necessary changes and ensure smooth operations within our dealer network. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Norwegian and English will be crucial as you interact with our Norwegian dealers and collaborate internally with various departments, including Business & Retailer Development and Commercial Operations.
