Your Role 
As a Product Manager in our dynamic team, you'll be at the forefront of developing digital strategies that significantly impact our employee experience globally. Your mission will be to lead the digital vision for the talent lifecycle scope; setting the product strategy and turning that into actions from onboarding until it is completed. 

 
What You'll Do 
• Lead product deliveries, prioritizing impactful initiatives to maximize investment returns and meet long-term business and user objectives.  

• Craft a roadmap that's not just a list of to-dos but a blueprint for digital awesomeness, ensuring our employees feel like they're working in the future, today!  

• Collaborate with brainy engineers and creative minds to create digital solutions so cool, they'll make our competitors wish they'd thought of them first. 

 

Who We're Looking For  

• Experienced product managers with a background in digital capabilities or business-driven digital solution design.  

• Individuals who are adept at leading, inspiring, and growing product teams, with a track record of building high-performing teams.  

• Leaders with strong strategic skills, capable of translating insights into actions and setting priorities that align with long-term visions and goals. 

• Passionate about modern software development and driving change in large organizations to reach the eureka moment of being outcome-driven and creating value.  

• Understand the complexity of enterprise organizations and are masters of stakeholder management.
