Your Role 
As a Product Manager in our dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing digital strategies that significantly impact our global employee experience, specifically focusing on TA, Global Mobility, and Consultant Management. Your mission will be to lead the digital vision for these areas, setting the product strategy and turning that into actions that revolutionize how we hire, relocate, and manage consultants. 

What You'll Do 

• Lead product deliveries, prioritizing impactful initiatives to maximize investment returns and meet long-term business and user objectives in TA, Global Mobility, and Consultant Management.  

• Craft a roadmap that's not just a list of to-dos but a blueprint for digital innovation, ensuring our employees feel they're working in the future, today!  

• Collaborate with brilliant engineers and creative minds to create digital solutions so innovative, they'll make our competitors envious. 

Who We're Looking For  

• Experienced product managers with a background in digital capabilities or business-driven digital solution design, particularly in TA, Global Mobility, or Consultant Management.  

• Individuals adept at leading, inspiring, and growing product teams, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.  

• Leaders with strong strategic skills, capable of translating insights into actions and setting priorities that align with long-term visions and goals, especially in TA, Global Mobility, and Consultant Management.  

• Passionate about modern software development and driving change in large organizations to reach the pinnacle of being outcome-driven and creating value. 

 • Professionals who understand the complexity of enterprise organizations and are masters of stakeholder management in the context of TA, Global Mobility, and Consultant Management.
