Summary of the role:

• Formulate and standardize the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical equipment, to improve the initial stability of the equipment, reduce the early and late investment costs. Optimize the equipment, to improve the output efficiency and technical availability. Construct workshop digitization system according to workshop characteristics.

What you will do?

• According to the factory and shop development strategy, to develop electrical standards and maintenance strategies of Battery and FA shop, form a comprehensive standard from design, type selection, installation, and maintenance, and optimize the equipment life cycle efficiency and cost.
• According to the development strategy of digital factory and the development and application status of new technologies in the industry, responsible for constructing the development strategy of digital, and establish the digital technology standard system.
• Responsible for planning the production line JPH optimization and capacity improvement work, and plan the shop independent modification project, design and implement the technical scheme of equipment improvement and modification.
• Responsible for solving on-site emergency failures, making the ICA and PCA, leading the formulation and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, to improve the stability and reliability of the equipment, and make the Battery and FA shop TA target and other KPI target.
• Responsible for cost control of electrical control and localization of spare parts during long-term operation to reduce operating costs.
• Responsible for the management of drawings, program, document and maintenance manuals of electrical systems during operation.
• Responsible for building the electrical personnel training system of the maintenance department, improving the professional skill level and problem-solving ability of maintenance personnel.

Why do you fit the profile?

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical or automation.
• At least 5 years of electrical design, debugging and maintenance experience, experience in battery equipment design and commissioning is preferred (can design and debug the electrical part of the project independently, at least 3 projects have been completed independently).
• Familiar with Battery and FA shop production process and equipment types, and able to optimize Battery and FA shop equipment. 
• Proficient in electrical drawing software, able to independently design electrical drawings of automation equipment. 
• Proficient in Siemens and related electrical software, capable of programming and parameter debugging of PLC, frequency converter, etc. 
• Familiar with the principle of electrical components and master the application and solution of components. 
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
