1.    Lead the 2nd line problem solving, analyze the root cause and follow up ICA/PCA status. 主导二线问题解决，分析根本原因及跟进相关的改善措施和执行状态;
2.    Communicate and cooperate with different departments, coordinate and support to solve the issues from plant/after-markets led by QAL. 跨部门沟通，协调支持质量行动小组主管所主导的工厂和售后的质量问题;
3.    Support the implementation of ERA and release relevant temporary process inspection instructions (TPII), tools and methods to production. 支持围堵方案的实施，以及向生产释放相应的临时指导文件（TPII），工具及方法;
4.    Utilize related resources to promote quality improvement and indicators improvement both in plant and after-sales. 利用相关资源，推动质量改善及相关工厂和售后指标的提升;
5.    Jointly evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions with R&D and supplier management teams for 2nd line issues. 针对二线问题，对接研发及供应商管理团队，共同评估技术方案可行性;
6.    Support 1st line issue analysis and give relevant professional opinions when competence needed. 当能力被需要时，支持一线问题分析，给与相关专业意见;
7.    Participate in Kick-off meeting& Pre-meeting. 参加严重偏差质量问题会。
8.    Accomplish other tasks appointed by leaders. 完成上级领导指派的其他工作。
