Responsibility
- Ensure that management within own organisation has a transparent view of the efficiency and effectiveness of the management system in order to take necessary action
- Perform internal audits as per yearly plan
- Secure handling of deviations within decided timeframe
- Perform internal audits in order to secure that applicable multisite deviations are handled locally
- Report internal audit multisite findings in global multisite review meeting
- Support the local management to use the management system to steer the operation
- Participate in local multisite reviews of internal and external audit results within manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Participate in Management System network
- Inform the own organisation of new, changed or archived process-, corporate- and local documents that has impact on own organisation
- Support the own organisation in implementation of new/updated processes and procedures
- Support the own management and organisation in using the management system to enable efficient operations
- Support the own organisation in creating new controlling documents in BMSa
- Support the own organisation in process mind-set by striving towards having commonality in working procedures documented in BMS within units/plant/shop/regions
- Secure Management System/BMSa training within own area of responsibility
- Secure that feedback is requested from concerned parties when new document are created and when essential changes are made to existing documents
- Report status of the Management System to own management and/or unit Management System Expert
- Inform and educate the own organisation in Global Records Standard (GRS) and Annual File Review (AFR)
- Secure that the official records created and owned by the own organisation are part of the Global Record List
Requirements
- 3 Years+ Auditor education with knowledge about ISO 9001
- Good leadership and networking skills, a holistic view and a strong drive for result
- Good at structuring, analysing, coordinating, training, coaching and communicating
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Microsoft Office incl. Microsoft Visio
- Bachelor’s degree or above
