Sr. Lead Engineer，Vehicle Dynamics Test

Summary of the role:

As a Vehicle Dynamics Lead Engineer, you will be part of a team performing and planning all phases of Vehicle Dynamics attributers’ development and verification, include Ride, Steering and Handling attributes. You will be a team member of Driving Dynamics team, responsible for China projects, Global BEV projects, we are part of Global Driving Dynamics department.

What will you do?

• Vehicle Dynamics attributes development
• Early concept phase target setting, mule car tuning and etc.
• Chassis tuning and verification, including damper, spring/ARB, and VMC tuning etc.
• Project management experience: Effectively and timely communicate the issues, solutions, plans, status with designer and release engineer, buyer, SQM, supplier and all other stakeholders regarding ride & handling development
• Familiar with objective test facilities such as steering robot
• Support management drive or media event if needed

• 5+ years work experience in Vehicle Dynamics area
• 3+ complete chassis tuning projects experience independently.
• Work as program leader within Vehicle Dynamics team for 1 complete projects preferred
• Concept phase work experience preferred
• Good analysis/DOE/problem solving skill
• Good communication, planning and cross function collaboration skills,
• Have good understanding of vehicle dynamics theory
• Excellent driving skill, subjective evaluation skill and experience(PG driving license is needed)
• Fluent in speaking, presentation and written communication skills in English
• Skills in computer programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Open mind and growth mind-set
• Strong ownership and drive for making change happen
• Curious of customer experience from Vehicle Dynamics view
• Manage multi-task in good order
