SLA Engineer

Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.

Main Tasks:
•    Complete new batch supplier on-boarding activities 
•    Establish communication flow (Electronic Data Interchange- EDI) between batch suppliers and Volvo Cars production units
•    Follow up EDI implementation progress status on a weekly and monthly basis in SLAD, as required 
•    Request setup of transport flows between suppliers and Volvo Cars production units 
•    Ensure suppliers awareness of Volvo Cars global logistics requirements and readiness for delivery to all Volvo Cars plants globally
•    Logistics readiness review visit on site
•    Support for escalated EDI related issues/EDI trouble shooting
•    Investigate and handle stop contracts
•    Collect Data for current process study and understanding.     
•    Supporting Running Supplier Management with focus on supplier logistics performance in terms of EDI, delivery, package, ASN, etc.
•    Maintain data to the related SLA system .
•    Answer the common questions from the supplier.   
•    Supporting supplier MMOG assessment

Qualificaiton:
•    Minimal Bachelor Degree in logistics engineering, industrial engineering, logistics or business management related majors  
•    Minimal 3 years working experience in automotive or manufacturing related industry
•    OEM work experience is a plus
•    On-hand experience on logistics operation SCC, PSCE, MH, Package, IBL are preferred 
•    Good English communication skill both written and spoken 
•    In line with Volvo Basic Competence Curious, Work together and Make a different (Trust, result driven, collaborates, Self-development are must-have quality)
