What do we offer
Exciting role as Product Owner of customer focused Automobile Deceleration&Steering system incl overall responsibility for in house and suppler developed functionality, system design and verification. This is a real leader role in VCC R&D setup.

We are now looking for a Product Owner to strengthen our Automobile Deceleration&Steering team. You will work as the Scrum team leader of VCC R&D Deceleration&Steering team, be the connecting point for functions, attributes, suppliers and VCC Vehicle Hardware management to secure quality deliveries in time, lead the team to develop solutions for Deceleration&Steering hardware and do analysis of these modules in car when there is issue reported.

ART DS is responsible for Hardware and Software of vehicle Chassis Deceleration and Steering, our work stretches from early phases to industrialization and launching new cars on the market. Our main role is to develop functionalities that are closely connected to customers and the way they are experiencing the vehicle. We make impact on the customer’s experience of a premium car!


What you’ll do

You will be working in a cross functional team with agile processes and tools. Lead collaboration with other teams and with suppliers. The team is responsible of the implementation and quality assurance of hardware for vehicle Deceleration and Steering. Team task includes planning and organizing project incl. deliverables for releases, leading suppliers and supplier selection together with procurement, analyzing and solving problems, design requirements and system solution and write requirements and issue and change management.


Do you fit the profile?

  • Leadership/project management skills and experience in either OEM or Tier#1 supplier. Team management or Program execution experience is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in hands-on engineering projects. Solid engineering background and experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Auto Steering or Deceleration System, from concept phase though launch and PPAP till end of production.
  • Competence and learning ability when it comes to work with analysis tools including Canoe/Canalyser.
  • Positive with high motivation level and never-give-up attitude. Strong interests in technics and product creation.
  • Strong sense of urgency and flexibility with prioritization rather than being rigid with it. Good leadership skills and strategic mindset.
  • Min. 8 years work experience on steering, deceleration, or similar module development. Software knowledge is a plus.
  • BSc or M.Sc. grade within Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Engineering Physics or equivalent level of education
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR + electronics/network communication principles, or knowledge in ISO 26262, or experience of Catia modeling is a plus
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
  • Driving license
