DevOps Engineer

Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.

What you will do?
Acting as primary executer with deployment, maintenance, operation and user support for Software Factory applications, including Artifactory, Jenkins, Gerrit, Zuul, etc. 
Acting as primary executer with deployment, maintenance and operation for Software Factory infrastructure on China AWS, including EC2, S3, Redshift, Network, ALB, NLB, etc.
Performing daily operation for Incident, Request, Change, Problem based on ITIL.
Performing knowledge management for applications, reviews and reporting.
Implementing Infra and application monitoring, performance, extended debug logging, running utilities, standard preferences changes.
Improving and developing tools and automated script for operation functionality / Stability / High Availability.
Developing functionality that will improve stability and performance.
Investigating new technologies and creating POC to improve and optimize the application.
Supporting global and local Product Manager/Owner to understand and identify the business needs/benefit and value of activities, and to define long-term and short-term product vision with input from customer in APAC region.
Act as a core member of Scrum team; participate in Scrum activities including planning, daily standup meeting, retrospective, demonstration, etc.

Why do you fit the profile?
Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
Minimum of 5-year experience of User Support, Technical Operations, Application Operations support in IT system, applications and infrastructure. 
Practical experience with Git/Gerrit, Jenkins, Artifactory, BlackDuck, SonarQube, etc.
Practical experience of operation and maintenance of cloud platform and service, e.g. AWS, AZURE.
Practical experience of automation platform, such as Ansible and Terraform.
Hands-on ability of container technologies, particularly Docker.
Hands-on ability of Unix/Linux system administration. 
Hands-on skill of scripting, e.g. shell and bash.
Experience of Agile (e.g. Scrum) development or DevOps.
Experience of working with cross-functional and globalized teams.
