What should you do?

Job Summary

Control and improve the quality of the welding process and support to troubleshooting down time, optimize and improve the welding-related equipment in the body shop , at the same time support the maintenance of electrical equipment and the follow electrical projects

Responsibility

1. Prepare and implement various about process documents , and be responsible for the issuance and modification of maintenance process documents in the workshop to ensure the effectiveness, integrity, correctness and unity of process documents; check and supervise the implementation of process discipline, and implement corresponding rectification measures

2. Organize and implement workshop welding quality and optimization and improvement, reduce overhead costs and improve system reliability

3. Provide repair plans for quality problems in the workshop, formulate and manage internal audit and external audit materials

4. Participate in the design and installation during the implementation of the new project

5. Responsible for the management of welding parameters, procedures, materials and maintenance manuals

6. Improve the welding and electrical professional knowledge and skills of on-site maintenance operator

7. Achievement of KPI target of workshop equipment, cause analysis, improvement and tracking

8. Support M3MU in workshop.

Requirement

Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, major in welding or electrical automation

Experience requirements: more than 3 years of work experience

Skill requirements:

1. Have basic knowledge of welding equipment such as spot welding, riveting, laser welding, etc.

2. Master the application of Siemens PLC, TIA, programming, diagnosis and troubleshooting

3. Have strong communication and coordination, problem-solving ability, strong innovation, learning ability and pressure resistance ability

4. Excellent English listening and speaking skills

5. Basic computer and software operation ability
