Test Line Equipment Engineer/检测线设备工程师

What we can offer
The development of test line equipment and glass glue system ,hand over to final customer . Test line equipment are mainly as follows 

  • Roll and Break station
  • Wheel alignment station
  • FAS station 

 

What you should do

  • The development of WAE/R&B/FAS  equipment (RFQ, cost analysis, pre-research of equipment automation program, research on equipment selection, supplier selection, etc.)
  • E-FMEA /CP 
  • Hand over to MFG and CM 801239 
  • Time management and control
  • Report on business progress status and risk identification regularly

Analysis PII

  • Develops equipment strategies, in some cases in an SMS group as driver or participant. 
  • Initiates and leads AE (Advanced Engineering) and OD (Operational Development) assignments within the area of responsibility. 
  • Contributes in annual work and pre-PS phases with specialist competence, works for Process Driven Product Design. 
  • Leads or executes equipment projects (develops, calculates, plans, TSU, procures and verifies) for plants. 
  • Creates and analyses the equipment part of the process layouts. 
  • Performs safety-, reliability- and cost analyses. 
  • Performs Equipment FMEA. 
  • Supports the running production (Industrial Engineering, Production and Maintenance) with second line analysis within the area of responsibility. 
  • Transfers competence within the area of responsibility to Production and Maintenance. 
  • Contributes in development of instructions and routines within the area. 
  • Participates in or leads relevant standard- and technical organisations within the area of responsibility with authority to represent VCC. 
  • Follows the decided working methods such as VPDS and applicable BMS routines and E-card. 

 

What competence you should have

  • Bachelor degree or above in industrial electrical automation, mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering.
  • Have more than 5 years’ experience on new projects, renovation projects, test line  equipment development in European, U.S. or Japanese automotive factory.
  • Good skill in English including listening、speaking、reading and writing.
  • Technical basic competence on Bachelor / Master of sciences level or similar.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Strong logic and analysis ability.
  • Knowledge within the equipment area.
  • The experience of SEMENS PLC.
  • CATIA V5,AUTO CAD, office experience. 
  • Can work under high pressure and  work overtime.
  • The ability of positive learning and self improvement.
