This role will be part of our APAC talent acquisition team and will be responsible for the recruitment activities for the assigned Segments and the talent acquisition projects as required.  Independent full-cycle recruitment, especially for manufacture office staff and operational staff.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Responsible for the E2E recruitment process from job posting to sourcing, shortlist, interview, reference check, till offering and pre on-boarding process.
  • Work closely with PXBP & hiring manager to hire the right people on the right time.
  • Build and maintain talent pool, build good relationship will potential talents.
  • Execute the hiring plan effectively and timely with diverse resources.
  • Daily recruitment channel management and data analysis for maximize the effectiveness.
  • Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

 

You And Your Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, human resource management, engineering, English, business management or related majors;
  • 3+ years recruitment experience, 6+ years experiences in HR function, prefer to have mass hiring experience in auto industry, familiar with automobile industry and business in china market.
  • Proficient in recruitment channel management, including online social media and professional contacts, and demonstrate excellent talent mapping ability, including targeted recruitment, recruitment through social network and direct source.
  • Strong and proactive communication skills to interact with business stakeholders;
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Experienced in staffing system like Success Factor, Workday and Taleo will be an added advantage
  • Good reporting and analytics skills;
  • Good English skills both oral and written.
