Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.

What should you do?

  • Deliver all logistics objectives in line with VPDS demands;
  • Responsible for milestone report according to VPDS on TPC-L;
  • Responsible for total logistics investment and operational budget;
  • Managing the logistics program organisation populated by engineering resources assigned by the logistics line organisation;
  • Running the logistics program meeting, to ensure program progress on engineering level;
  • Driving investigations and cost calculations in all area's of the logistics process (capacity planning, supply chain design, inbound transport, packaging engineering, material handling engineering, outbound transport);
  • Developing needed interfaces with, and integrating into linked VOLVO cars processes (Purchasing, Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering).


What competence should you have?

  • Have 5 years above working experience in supply chain logistic in auto manufacturing industry;
  • With broad lean logistics experience;
  • Ability to work under high pressure;
  • Highly developed communication and coordination skills;
  • Fluent English in conversation and writing;
  • Strategic planning and budget management;
  • Familiar with logistics flow engineering and vehicle plant manufacturing processes;
  • Project management skills, VPDS driven;
  • Good leadership behaviour and cooperation skills.
