Process Engineer/工艺工程师

Our business since its inception in 1991 has been to develop the best retail dealer system and information services for the automotive industry. In the current situation, we have about 100 employees with expertise in areas such as automotive trade, project management, systems and IT. Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. We are seated in beautiful, newly renovated premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Volvo Car Sweden.

What should you do?

  • As process engineer you have the responsibility to lead TCF lean transformation, improve manufacturing efficiency, make the standard process, track  and push main project and lead new car type process balance under manager’s leadership.
  • Responsibility
  • Drive improvements to increase efficiency , flexibility, quality , work lay-out  for current processes together with Production 
  • Work for continuous improvements to process delivery, quality and cost (man-hours Non Value added) . Define proposals to optimize operator workload and balance losses.
  • Execute and report long and short term process studies related to car volume changes, mix changes, in- and outsourcing, and changed OEE demands (Overall Equipment Efficiency).
  • Prepare material (facts and figures) regarding proposed process changes and eventual investments.
  • Responsible for Process Engineering targets (QCDISME) within time/technique/cost. 
  • Increase commonality and share best practices by working together within VCM.
  • Decrease manufacturing variability within the Process Engineering area.
  • Upon request, support core or commodity, when expertise competence is needed. 

 

What competence should you have?

  • Core competence:cooperation、result-driven、self-development、trust building
  • Role competence:optimize work process、plan and coordinate、effective communication
  • Knowledge about the processes, methods and tools at Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 6 sigma based problem solving skills
  • English in spoken and written.
  • Familiar with CAD, IE 7 tools, 8 waste, value stream analysis, ergonomics, shop layout plan, efficiency rate analysis and lean production.
  • At least 3 years IE working experience and can work independently.
  • Strong ability to co-operate.
