Equipment Engineer/设备工程师

  • Responsible areas are: PT/EC control systems, Superator control system, MHD control system, LAKOS control system, phosphated slug removal control system, DI water station control system, EC rectifier control system, UF control system, PT materials adding control system, EC materials adding control system, primer oven control system, top coat oven control system, flash off oven control system, shop air supply units control system, central control room, conveyor 1- 19 zones control systems (including pendulum chains, belt elevators, high temperature elevators, safety light curtains, safety locks, oven double chains, painting double chains, shuttle buses, chain-shuttle buses, lifters, chain-lifters, fork transfer machines, turn tables, roller tables, hangers, stocker, un-stocker, locking station, unlocking station, etc.); all manual stations/booths, Andon systems, RFID systems, work deck lighting systems; during 2 shifts production running status, be concurrently in charge of oven engineer’s responsible areas, such as EC oven, sealing oven, VOC system, heat reuse systems, etc.;
  • Be responsible of continuous improvement to reduce fibers, particles, liquid drops, craters, etc., improve body quality;
  • Be responsible of equipment availability target;
  • Be responsible of MDT;
  • Be responsible of MCBF;
  • Be responsible of one pager’s closing rate;
  • Be responsible of spot checking rate of PM;
  • Optimize PM working hours, via FDM, improving periods, and DIY special tools…
  • Be responsible to control spare parts cost;
  • Be responsible to control cost of out sourcing maintenance services;
  • Optimize colour steering function, to reduce colour changing frequency, promote perfect sequence;
  • Continuous reduce consumption of electricity, natural gas, water;
  • Be responsible of reducing maintenance operators monthly average over time hours;
  • Be responsible of KAIZEN projects those focus on safety, quality, cost and delivery;
  • Be responsible of formulating and updating maintenance operators’ competence matrix, finishing employees’ skills development target;
  • Be responsible of “mentors” project, finish competence development target of trainees;
  • Be responsible of maintenance activities WES and related WSA;
  • Other jobs arranged by line manager.
