Electrical Maintenance Engineer/电气维修工程师

  • Response, site maintenance, emergency troubleshooting support maintenance team, responsible for high frequency equipment and analysis and solve problems, and to carry out the long-term prevention measures.
  • Preparation, evaluation, optimize the equipment TPM, PM job content, make the TPM/PM to effectively guide the maintenance team performing preventive maintenance work.
  • Responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement, to ensure that maintenance cost target and equipment to start the rate of complete.
  • Spare parts management, including spare parts purchase and inventory confirmation, spare parts selection, replacement, localization, high value of spare parts and maintenance work, including spare parts safety stock setting.
  • Assist maintenance technician to develop relevant standard work instruction document, such as standardization of equipment lubrication card, locking figure, maintenance work instruction, common troubleshooting guide, equipment emergency plan.
  • Statistical information, equipment failure analysis equipment MTTR, MTBF and actuate rate index, and summarizes the TOP problem output to the maintenance team.
  • Is responsible for the maintenance personnel skills training, pull the internal and external resources organization skills training, to enhance the overall technical strength of the maintenance team.
  • Equipment, procedures, the management of the key process parameters and backup, backup and check periodically according to the planned and listing.
  • Track and coordinate resources to solve the problem of equipment MPDC, equipment acceptance with the ME team work, and promote solving the problem of legacy devices.
