This role will be part of our APAC talent acquisition team and will be responsible for the recruitment activities for the assigned Segments and the talent acquisition projects as required.  Independent full-cycle recruitment, especially for manufacture office staff. Key person for school enterprise cooperation, maintain a good relationship with the school, and establish a future young talent pool for the company.

What You’ll Do

•    Responsible for the E2E recruitment process from job posting to sourcing, shortlist, interview, reference check, till offering and pre on-boarding process. 
•    Work closely with PXBP & hiring manager to hire the right people on the right time.
•    Build and maintain talent pool, build good relationship will potential talents.
•    Work closely with PXBP & business departments to form Plant hiring plan, manning strategy and Execute the hiring plan effectively and timely with diverse resources.
•    Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
•    Establish a good cooperative relationship with the target universities and establish a stable channel cooperation network.
•    Organize and implement cooperation projects between the company and universities, establish talent training plans and build talent maps in the target schools.
•    Track and understand the situation of students in cooperative schools, actively maintain cooperative relations, and collect feedback and evaluation opinions.
•    Put forward constructive suggestions and establish valuable cooperative relations.
•    Responsible for employee branding activities to promote positive company image to attract talent.


You And Your Skills

•    Bachelor’s degree or above, human resource management, engineering, English, business management or related majors;
•    3+ years recruitment experience, 6+ years experiences in HR function, experience in school enterprise cooperation or university channel is preferred;.
•    Strong and proactive communication skills to interact with business stakeholders;
•    Good negotiation and influencing skills;
•    Experienced in staffing system like Success Factor, Workday and Taleo will be an added advantage 
•    Good reporting and analytics skills;
•    Good English skills both oral and written.
