Summary of the role:
Responsible for the development and implementation of plant maintenance processes and procedures, to support maintenance operations with cost efficiency.Assist plant maintenance manager to drive maintenance performance continuous improvement. 
负责工厂维修流程的制定、实施，有效支持维修业务。协助工厂维修经理监控、促进维修绩效表现提升

What you will do?
VDM（Value driven Maintenance） implementation in plant and overview governance for maintenance performance
负责价值维修体系在全厂的推进，统辖全厂维修的绩效表现。
Implement necessary maintenance procedural process changes to improve efficiency
实施必要的维修程序流程变更，持续提高效率。
Steering and monitor maintenance process flow and define potential inefficiencies or areas of improvement.
指导和监控维护流程并持续改进。
Digital design and implementation of maintenance process and systems.
指引工厂在实施、设计、执行维护流程、系统等的数字化进程。
Development and implementation of maintenance people competence development process.
开发并实施工厂维修人员的能力发展体系。
Maintenance process documents management  
维修体系文件的管理。

Why do you fit the profile?
Bachelor's degree or above, engineering management, automation engineering, etc
大学本科及以上，工程管理、自动化工程等。
5 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing industry.
5年汽车制造行业经验。
4 years experienced in automotive industry maintenance procedures &process development and implementation. 
4年汽车行业维修程序和流程开发和实施经验。
Familiar with manufacturing system software architecture，experience in the operation of maintenance systems
熟悉制造体系管理软件构架,有维修系统的运营经验。
Good computer programming language skills, proficient in at least one such as Java, C++, etc.
良好的计算机编程语言能力，至少掌握一门，如Java, C++。
High energy/self-motivated individual. Result orientated and resilience

Good collaboration, communication skills
