What you’ll do

Drive Volvo Cars product documentation, corresponding methods and processes. Build and maintain product structures in KDP and Teamcenter. Support each engineering unit how to use product structures.

• Securing that the content in the product structure in Teamcenter is correct together with task leader/engineer.
• Resolves operational and process issues within area of responsibility, escalated from other groups and departments across Volvo Cars.
• Coordinate meetings with necessary functions and departments to ensure cross-functional deliveries.
• Verify new functionality in applications relating to technology, the lead time shortening and user efficiency. Ensures that acceptance testing is performed on new or modified applications. Specify functionality from a user point of view.
• Implement training courses, ensuring quality of training materials and acting as teacher in close cooperation with OD.

What you’ll bring

• Master of Science/Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience.
• Good communication skill to build connections and network.
• CAD experience/CATIA skill
• Basic knowledge of KDP, reading CO, part structure, part folder, variants and variant management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the parts and geometries.
• Fluent English skill.
