Job Summary:          

Volvo Car USA Consumer Digital team seeks a Web Producer to assist with project management and site maintenance of website. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be part of an Agile team to create the next generation of tools and applications and on
  • Implement localization of global site templates and create unique US specific site functionality.
  • Support Volvo new/used car sales lead generation marketing campaigns and vehicle subscription products.
  • Capture business requirements and write project documentation including User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Lead regular project status meetings and manage project communication. Work closely with globally-distributed project teams via voice/video conferencing
  • Make data-supported decisions and understand the changing digital consumer landscape. Measure project impact and create dashboards to measure performance at regular intervals
  • Review and appraise new tools/applications from outside vendors. Seek new ways of working and improve processes
  • Participate in UAT testing and work with support organization to fix defects 


Key Competencies/Abilities:

  • Process oriented, and comfortable working in an Agile environment: Ability to prioritize project feature backlog, identify MVP and iterate through product enhancements. Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!
  • Proficient with Google Analytics and a solid understanding of web metrics. Able to analyze historical web site performance and measure the impacts of site functionality.
  • Understanding of HTML and experience with Sitecore or other enterprise CMS.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  
  • Excellent web design sensibilities and understanding of usability concepts.
  • Detail oriented and thorough.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience managing web projects for a major brand.
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools/tech, including SEO, SEM, and media/analytic tagging.
  • Display the following personality traits: customer focused, cooperative, honest, curious, and has a strong work ethic.


Preferred candidates demonstrate the following:

  • Experience working with Microsoft .Net platforms.
  • Proficient in Photoshop (preferred but not essential).
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Google Optimize.
