Job Summary:   

  • President’s Office is destined to drive operational excellence and ownership of key initiatives by respective leaders within VCUSA, delivering in line with the outlined Business Plan. President’s Office will serve as the central bloodline of the Americas business operations, keeping a firm grip on the overall business agenda, providing unwavering executive support, clear direction and actionable intelligence.

 

  • The department also forms the first line of Executive communication, ultimately responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, corporate direction and subsequent timely delivery of tasks / actions enabling execution of the Americas roadmap and underlying objectives.

 

  • The role of Business Analyst Intern is pivotal in driving the Performance Oriented governance steering model. The position falls under the President’s Office organizational umbrella. Purpose is to enable business-sensible decision taking by the SVP Americas and the AEMT at large, through KPI trend analysis and anchoring and monitoring of key business initiatives / actions.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Development and automation of actionable Performance Steering metrics and processes
  • Close-knit x-functional collaboration and coordination of efforts linked to execution of corrective initiatives linked to Performance trends
  • Development of Governance steering model linked to escalation process of deviating performance and subsequent mitigating action-plan
  • Recurring corporate-wide Performance focus updates, raising awareness, infusing sense of urgency and driving ownership of results and performance culture
  • Drive shift towards Digitalization of KPI’s through tools and systems, reducing waste, increasing data accuracy and accessibility

 

Key Competencies/Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of analytical tools and techniques
  • Project and time management skills
  • Excellent communications skills – presents ideas in a clear concise way, both written and verbal
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive)
  • Ability to take on projects and work independently or with team
  • Mastery of Excel to analyze data and track trends
  • Maintains confidentiality in sensitive and proprietary matters
