Job Summary:   

  • Digital Support Representative must understand content strategy and ability to develop concept adaptation and implementation across multiple call center platforms and channels. This person is a curator of content and understands technical platforms with the ability to identify gaps and create solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop & create content and strategies for Support Sites and internal Knowledgebase
  • Manage content creation including concepts, writing, editing, routing and publishing to different channels
  • Optimization of on-page elements and information architecture for SEO, performance and security
  • Responsive website and adherence to mobile-first design principles
  • Ability to code involved, web layouts and custom interface components from planning to implementation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate coss-functionally with multiple business owners to identify opportunities and drive engagement
  • Complete additional tasks/projects as needed


Key Competencies/Abilities:

  • Three to five years of experience required
  • College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service, social media, and customer care
  • Strong networking ability
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry- including policies and procedures of Warranty, Goodwill, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Inquisitive, detail-oriented, solution-oriented, self-motivated
  • Strong customer focus, awareness and sensitivity
  • Analyze data and track trends
  • HTML/CSS/Java helpful
  • Leadership
  • Digital Commerce
