Job Summary:          

Volvo Car USA is hiring a Digital Data Analyst to help our digital team make better decisions.

Candidates can come from diverse backgrounds but must have proven experience using data to drive a successful web business.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create weekly, monthly performance dashboards to track web KPI performance. Calculate ROI from projects, when appropriate.
  • Lead weekly KPI reviews with key stakeholders. Identify traffic/use trends and suggest optimizations and countermeasures.
  • Measure site performance analytics and track impact from changes/code releases. (Download speed, session time.) Identify leading indicators of problems and escalate.
  • Work in Agile teams to forecast project impact and prioritize work backlog accordingly.
  • Assist with project roadmap tracking: Manage executive dashboard and lead meetings to review progress
  • Identify data sources from all across the organization and integrate reporting to gain insights. 
  • Work closely with teams in Sweden and Silicon Valley to share US market priorities and prioritize.
  • Create custom reports in Google Analytics.
  • Design multivariate test scenarios and implement in Google Optimize. Measure & report results.
  • Migrate reporting from Excel files on hard drives to dynamic intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Manage CX survey/Voice of Customer data program for US digital team. Maintain NPS score dashboard and manage benchmarks.

 

Key Competencies/Abilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience providing analysis for major digital brands.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing tools and methods including CRM, SEO, SEM and social.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Optimize.
  • Data visualization skills and experience with tools like Tableau, Domo and/or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills:
    • Verbal: Ability to present technical information and speak clearly about statistical data.
    • Written: Create clear written documents and visualizations using Powerpoint
  • Experience generating reports from AppDynamics.
  • Understanding of web KPIs and metrics.
  • Some basic technical skills including HTML, XML, and Javascript.
  • Experience working with Scrum/Agile teams.
  • Experience working with CX/Survey tools and vendors
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors

 

Bonus Experience: 

  • Experience working in Lean, Six Sigma or similar process methodologies.
  • Software development experience.
