Retailer Digital Manager

What we are looking for:

 

As the Retailer Digital Manager, you will lead the relationship between Volvo Cars Canada and certified vendors on the Retailer Website & Advertising Program. Your focus will be rooted in the retailer website user experience as well as other key touchpoints in the online user journey that connect national and retailer digital properties. You’ll collaborate among our certified vendors, network of 38 Volvo Retailers, and US and Global partners to streamline our digital integrations, enhance the customer experience, and streamline adoption of Volvo Cars Canada content with adherence to brand guidelines.

 

As a team, we are entrepreneurial, focused on driving positive impact for Volvo Cars Canada, constantly looking for opportunities to reduce complexity and evolve the Volvo customer experience.  

 

 

A day in the life:

  1. Lead certified vendor relationships with SM360, Dealer Inspire, and Car Media 2.0 to ensure our Retailers receive cost-effective and impactful services.
  2. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that the sales event offers (new and Certified pre-owned), service, accessories, financial products, and brand content updates are up to date on all (38) retailer websites in English and French.
  3. Partner with retailers to improve website experience and resolve any challenges through testing opportunities, monthly digital assessments, and quarterly workshops.
  4. Partner with website vendors to drive cost effective performance advertising that works in partnership with national and regional advertising goals and KPIs, is brand compliant and with third party brand safety measurement
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure that the website and retailer advertising aligns to the business and marketing priorities and initiatives of Volvo Cars Canada for the month, quarter, and year.
  6. Collaborate with the Digital Analytics Specialist to develop retailer website and advertising KPIs and reporting.
  7. Drive retailer website and industry innovation to enhance the digital customer journey for Canadians by introducing new tools and features (i.e. click to chat, ecommerce tools, inventory merchandising).
  8. Partner with the US counterparts to drive synergy between the US and Canada programs.

 

What you will bring to Volvo:

  • 5-10 years website content management experience in the Canadian market, spanning English and French
  • Experience in Website Content Management Systems
  • Power User experience in Datorama and Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Power BI, Adobe
  • Written and Spoken French Fluency
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • A collaborative and inclusive team spirit
  • A self-motivated and driven work ethic
