Painted Body Lead Engineer 车身主管工程师

What you will do?

  • Work together with Volvo headquarters in Body area, take over design and develop responsibility for local projects. 
  • Work in AGILE way with attribute teams to meet customer expectation, road condition and driving behaviour for global markets including China market.
  • Work closely with attribute owners to improve the vehicle attribute, including safety, NVH, Strength and durability.
  • Deliver for all program milestones, with timing, quality, and cost target in control.
  • Prepare and release engineering design specifications and CAD data in Volvo system.
  • Involve in local supplier evaluation and development, deliver technical requirements and specifications to suppliers, prepare and sign off technical documents.

 

Why do you fit the profile?

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.
  • 3-5 years’ working experience of BIW development in OEM or supplier of automotive industry.
  • Skilled CATIA user, be involved in concept phase development, better to have TeamCenter experience.
  • Knowledge of engineering techniques associated with stamping components and BIW system development.
  • Knowledge about steel and aluminium, manufacturing method, welding, assembly and plant process.
  • Fluent speaking & written communication in English.
  • Self-motived
