Senior Experience Researcher

This role is within our Consumer Connectivity Services product team, which is using digital to reinvent car ownership by making life less complicated for our customers and ultimately save their highly valued time. Our team is looking for inquisitive researchers to join our team, to use qualitative methods for both exploration of new products and evaluation




  • Work closely with product & design teams to identify research topics
  • Design studies to identity user needs, behavior and motivations
  • Generate insights that that drive innovate in new and existing products
  • Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Work cross-functionally with design, product management and engineering
  • Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways


  • BA/BS degree in marketing, or a human behavior related field (HCI, Psychology, Social Science, Information Science, etc.)
  • MA preferred
  • 5+ years experience in design and user research
  • Deep understanding of qualitative and user-centered design methods
  • General understanding of quantitative research methods
  • General understanding of statistical concepts including data analytics and how it compliments qualitative finding
  • Strong skills for interviewing customers and the ability to ask meaningful questions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability for compelling story-telling
  • Knowledge of service design principles is preferred
