This role is within our Consumer Connectivity Services (CCS), to reinvent the car ownership by making life less complicated for our customers and ultimately save their highly valued time. There’s no reason the experience of car ownership should be time consuming and difficult – and we’re equally convinced that the actual possession of a car could be even more valuable to consumers in the future. That is our mission. This is a rapidly growing team, with continuous releases of new products, and we are looking for outstanding people who will be some of the earliest hires in their function, helping to deliver and activate digital products in the Americas Region.

Job purpose:

You are a customer-obsessed digital product leader that understands the needs and challenges of activating consumer-facing products across channels. Bridging the gap between marketing and digital product strategies - you will be responsible for understanding audience acquisition and retention, digital product marketing best practices, advanced analytics and driving funnel conversion and business requirements to make each product delivery a success.

You will collaborate closely with Marketers, Sales Reps, Strategists, Customer Service, Analysts, Product Managers and Technologists to lead the rapid implementation and adoption of products in the Americas region. As such, this role requires a growth hacker's mentality combined with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge technical and business needs.

This will be a cross-functional role where you will have significant responsibility to drive new capabilities across all facets of the Product Activation discipline through technology and data. Requirements/ Responsibilities:

  • Build excellence in Product Delivery and Activation of digital products in the Americas Region.
  • Drive and promote a culture of how to deploy and drive adoption of digital products across Americas corporate functions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for digital products across multiple channels, identifying opportunities for engagement, sales, growth and brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party partners and Americas digital, marketing, comms. and network teams in building full-funnel product activation programs across web, paid, display, SEM, and social channels.
  • Deliver positive returns for products activations with a hands-on approach on analytics, optimizations, conversion metrics, digital media and lead generation.
  • Experiment and push to optimize content's effectiveness to drive business goals.
  • Identify and activate in collaboration with Americas and Product teams local use-cases for products that drive sales and product growth.
  • Manage all budgets associated with activation, implementation, and marketing campaigns
  • Develop business cases for future investments and P&L based models demonstrating value of investments made

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing technologies and a track record of working with marketing technology stacks across acquisition & retention marketing functions:

    • Experience working with Email Service Providers such as Exact Target

    • Experience working with multi-channel Campaign Management / Marketing Automation providers such SAS

    • Experience working with A/B/MVT platforms such as Optimizely

    • Experience working with DMPs such as Krux

    • Experience working with analytics such as Adobe Analytics and Segment

  • Experience from planning, buying, and managing integrated demand generation campaigns.
  • Successfully built brand awareness, growth and generating high quality leads with experience from digital consumer products.
  • Strong strategic thinking, able to translate product strategic direction into a concrete activation plan
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; self-starter and purpose driven; have a strong sense of curiosity; experience with dashboard and metrics
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-oriented, assertive, motivated, and proactive
  • Strategic mind-set coupled with a keen attention to detail


  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred; education concentrated in marketing , business or technology fields is preferred
  • 8+ years' experience in digital performance marketing and activation for consumer digital products (client and/or agency side) ; 5+ years’ experience in global, Fortune 500 organization or similar high scale, global technology environment
  • Experience from working together with tech partners and media/digital agencies
  • Experience with consumer-facing mobile web and/or apps is highly preferred
