Summary of the Role    
Set up standards, maintain and optimize the automation/robot system to ensure the stability and reliability of body shop's equipment. And supply training and support work to maintenance and production organization.


Main responsibilities

1.    Stick to the safety regulations of body shop, participate in all kinds of safety activities with right PPE and Lockout rules.
2.    Compile and manage the maintenance process of body shop, including
preparation and implementation of various maintenance process documents, be responsible for the issuance and changing management to ensure effective and active process documents, completed, corrected and aligned; monitor the process and implementation with effective corrective action plan.                   

3.    Improvement and optimization of the automating/robot system:
Organize and implement the improvement and optimization of the automation/robot system of body shop, with cost down and stability/reliability up. 

4.    Response for equipment failure solve on site:
Provide technical support and take lead for electrical equipment failure, formulate the maintenance plan of the electrical system,  prepare and manage the electrical spare parts list.

5.    Involve designing and debugging of the new project electrical system and follow up issue.       
6.    Documentation managing:
Manage the electrical drawing, program, and maintenance manual, etc.


Bachelor degree, Electrical , Automation or other related major
more than 2Years working experience, at least 1 year of automation/robot work experience.
Field of on-site debugging experience is preferred.
