What you'll do

As E-commerce Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind e-commerce initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning: Develop and oversee project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update website content, ensuring it aligns with brand and marketing strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Test website updates thoroughly to guarantee functionality and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of projects and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all content meets legal, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
  • Strategic Support: Assist the Managing Director in developing and delivering annual and strategic plans.

  • Website Management: Experience with CMS, customer journey mapping, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to handle timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
  • Content Management: Expertise in ensuring consistent, on-brand content updates.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with tools like GA4 or Contentsquare for optimization.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with UX/UI design and cybersecurity.
  • Adaptability: Ability to embrace industry trends and evolving technologies.
