Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Retailer Experience Operations Specialist that will play a pivotal role in working alongside our digital engineering and product team to support our Retailer Communications Portal. You will support our network of Retailer partners in troubleshooting, triaging issues, and identifying opportunities to improve the technology our partners interact with every day.

 

Position Overview:

As the Operations Specialist at Volvo Cars, you will act as a bridge between engineering managers, product owners, incident managers, and operations managers, working collaboratively to own our growing Retailer portal. You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our products within Salesforce Experience Cloud, that drives our network of 300+ automotive Retailers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • You’ll oversee day-to-day automotive Retailer product operations, ensuring the smooth effectiveness of our team, their processes, workflows, Salesforce platform, and more.
  • You’ll work with your team to build strategies that align with the overall vision of Volvo’s digital Retailer platform, championing best-practices and policies.
  • You’ll troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise, working closely with functional and technical teams.
  • You’ll develop and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • You’ll provide technical support for our network, identifying and resolving incidents promptly.
  • You’ll assist with the regular maintenance and oversight of our Experience Cloud platform and their environments.
  • You’ll create and maintain comprehensive documentation for our systems, processes, and configurations.
  • You’ll act as a liaison between the engineering managers, product owners, incident managers, and operations managers to ensure applicable incidents are investigated and resolved within corporate governance guidelines.
  • You’ll provide key oversight to our professional services support team.
  • You’ll promote an ongoing culture of continuous learning and incident management through relevant frameworks, Salesforce product and platform trends, updates, and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working within Salesforce experience working with Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and/or LWC’s, Aura, Trigger Frameworks, and VisualForce Components
  • Experience with incident management processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experienced working with 3rd-party vendors, ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones.
  • You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve a problem. You possess eagerness to learn and passionate about continuous education the Salesforce platform.
