Americas Online Experience: Loyalty & Retention Manager

Mahwah, NJ


What we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate individual who is a self-starter and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Online Experience & eCommerce, you will create and execute holistic growth initiatives across web and retail channels, for our Subscription and Online Sales business.

This includes but is not limited to implementing key marketing and growth initiatives, such as loyalty programs, referral programs, and promotional strategies across web and retail channels to help reach monthly online sales and subscription targets.


A day in the life:

  • Identify and execute innovative ideas to enhance our customers experience throughout their journey.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect segmentation data and to build and execute automated, lifecycle and ad-hoc CRM campaigns across user journeys.
  • Collaborate with digital product owners to develop and prioritize new features and integrations for our platforms.
  • Partner with Business Analyst in managing and tracking Subscription and Online Sales KPI’s including churn, customer retention and program growth across channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across our messaging.
  • Manage content creation for subscription and online business loyalty landing pages and emails to maximize the engagement and activation of subscriptions.
  • Align with business partners to address needs and requirements from our retailers and field.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of existing Subscription customers, and their current monthly rates to develop exclusive pricing campaigns.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Care by Volvo, Subscription team in Sweden related to the implementation of global marketing strategies in the US market.


What you will bring to Volvo:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing or sales role.
  • Experience building and launching high performing retention programs.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to turn insights into strategic actions.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • Excited to take on new challenges and drive problem solving with creative solutions.
  • Must be proactive and a Team-player.


You might also have:

  • Retail and eCommerce experience; Subscription experience a plus
