Some of our largest customers are Volvo, Renault and Ford dealers and their general agents and today we have over 10 000 users of our solutions. Purpose of the job:


The Network & Marketing Specialist for Polestar Financial Services manages and coordinates all customer and retailer marketing and network communications. The positions primary responsibility is to manage marketing projects within the organization ensuring all sales and marketing materials follow brand standards and are available on a timely basis.  This position also manages the setup and administration of PFS retailer agreements and assists with the day to day network management.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Communication of financial services products and offers to customers and retailers through sales and finance bulletins, brochures, and other point of sale material.
  • Project Management of PFS Marketing and Sales initiatives within the broader Polestar Financial Services organization (Origination, Servicing, Sales and Operations)
  • Coordination of financial services products and offers with Polestar marketing department including CRM, Online and Social Media teams.
  • Manage PFS retention process and offers as part of overall customer retention strategy, including coordination with end of lease service provider.
  • Manage Liberty Mutual Insurance Affinity Program



  • BA/BS in Finance or Marketing.



  • Proven financial services expertise in the automotive industry indicated by 1 to 5 years of progressive industry experience.



  • Excellent knowledge of marketing, sales and communications
  • Project Management skills generally acquired through leadership positions on projects of cross functional nature
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, gain credibility, cooperation and make effective presentations.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive sales and financing business
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and Power point.
