Volvo Car USA Lead, Digital Retail Engagement    

 

What We Are Looking For:

The Lead, Digital Retail Engagement for the Americas Online Experience Team will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail network to influence performance and support of various digital initiatives. You will work alongside the regions and operations team to support in the rollout of new features, retailer training, and consolidation of valuable insights from our retailer partners. They will play a key role in ensuring that we have a seamless omni-channel approach.

 

A day in the life:

  • Assist in management of retailer website program.
  • Work with retailers to overcome program objections by illustrating business opportunity.
  • Work with retailers to set up strong processes for lead handling, delivery and follow up to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Partner with AOX operations and Digital Strategy Specialists to develop and continuously improve retailer toolkit’s, FAQ’s, and training material.
  • Provide ongoing support for retailers and regional field teams as for all AOX items.

You might also have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
  • 5+ years’ experience in Digital/training. Automotive Preferred
  • Strong knowledge of retail processes and systems
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Some travel required
