Traineeship Planning Ordering & Distribution

In this traineeship, you will be part of the Planning Ordering & Distribution (POD) team. Together with the team, you actively contribute to various projects and can make a valuable contribution to sales within the Portuguese market. A great stepping stone in your career!

What will you do?
•    Contribute to optimal planning (quantities and production mix) in the factory systems – New cars & Parts;
•    Ensure the right information and communication to retailers;
•    Collaborate on various projects with different teams within Volvo Car Portugal, special focus in all the business areas inserted in the Commercial Department;
•    Support the Manager POD by providing various reports and analyses to supply the Management Team and District Managers with accurate information and data;
•    Manage ordering system (Vista) and orders placed by Retailers & Portuguese Sales Company

Your profile
•    You are enthusiastic, open to learning, and eager to maximize your development;
•    You have completed a university education and are keen to apply your knowledge in practice;
•    You are flexible, curious, and have good social and communicative skills;
•    You have strong analytical skills and can read and analyze data;
•    You are proficient in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
